Purchase of a New Front Wheeled Loader for CCBC Waste Transfer Station

Tender description

The Council requires One (1) Brand New Wheeled Front Loader machine. Tenderers must be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the OEM’s designated UK distributor(s) or Regional Dealer(s). The tenderer is required to include for the Supply, Delivery and Installation/Site Set Up of the New Wheeled Front Loader on-site at the Council Full Moon Civic Amenity (CA) Site/ Waste Transfer Station WTS). In order for the Council to run the named site efficiently, the Council will be looking to purchase the New Front Wheel Loader machine outright. The machine will facilitate the loading of waste material into open-top ejector trailers and provide general material handling operations, together with the provision of other related on site services. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing the necessary training of Council employees that will be utilizing the machine at site and servicing of the new wheel front loader as part of the warranty and maintenance period. The New Wheeled Front Loader must be capable of positive handling to ensure precise, no-slip, safe and accurate movements during operation in all weather conditions including for winter ice conditions. Cab stability is crucial as the wheel loader will be loading recyclate and residual waste material.
