This project represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the redevelopment of Dundonald International Ice Bowl (DIIB). The Market research intended to outline the procurement and contract strategy for the design and provision of the Main Contractor Package which forms part of the overall redevelopment of Dundonald International Ice Bowl. The Main Construction Contract is to be completed in three phases. • Phase 1 - New Car park and Enabling Works • Phase 2 - New Dundonald Iinternational Ice Bowl building • Phase 3 - Demolition and final car parking / landscaping
