Tender description
North Yorkshire County Council are currently in negotiations to acquire a site in Harrogate North Yorkshire. The proposal to purchase the land is purely based on the development of an extra care housing scheme on this site. The acquisition of the site is also dependent on the viability of developing a scheme on this site. We are interested in understanding the viability regarding delivery of an extra care scheme on this site and are publishing details of the site together with a short engagement document.
