Laundry Equipment Servicing and Maintenance

Tender description

General Scope The contract will include, but not limited to, the following: • Reactive and Repair service for communal laundry equipment. • A 24/7, 365/6 days a year, emergency call out service. • 24 hour emergency call out response service. • To carry out an annual preventative maintenance service and Cp12 inspections, where applicable. • The installation of laundry equipment, where and when required. • The cleaning of Ducts every 12 months. There is no minimum or maximum value of works associated with this contract. The Service WDH requires an emergency call out service within 24 hours of notification.
