HR Support Service

Tender description

The National Botanic Garden of Wales wishes to engage an external HR advisory service to support the internal HR Manager at the Garden. The Garden wishes to invite tenders for the provision of HR support services, to provide Employment Law & HR Advice, Consultancy and Training to the senior management team and the in-house HR Manager. The National Botanic Garden of Wales has a staff headcount of 108 employees (80 FTE), including full time, part time and casual staff, on permanent and fixed term contracts. A subsidiary trading company, Middleton Garden Ltd., currently has no direct employees, but this may change. The HR support service is to be provided to both existing companies, and any further group companies that might be established. The Garden’s objectives for this tender process are to: • Secure a high quality provider with extensive experience, preferably in the Third Sector; • Appoint a supplier who will provide high standards of professional service; • Appoint a supplier who will provide excellent value for money; • Appoint a supplier who will be able to provide all services in both Welsh and English. Amcanion yr Ardd ar gyfer y broses dendro hon yw: • Sicrhau darparwr o ansawdd uchel sydd â phrofiad helaeth, yn y Trydydd Sector yn ddelfrydol; • Penodi cyflenwr a fydd yn darparu gwasanaeth proffesiynol o safon uchel; • Penodi cyflenwr a fydd yn rhoi gwerth rhagorol am arian; • Penodi cyflenwr a fydd yn gallu darparu’r holl wasanaeth yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg.
