East Suffolk Council is looking for a single supplier to deliver the infrastructure required by market towns in East Suffolk to provide a free to use public Wi-Fi service in specified areas/zones of each town. The provider will be able to offer both capital and rental models of service for each town. This will be supplemented by a service to provide anonymised data to East Suffolk Council and participating towns regarding user/visitor demographics, footfall patterns in the town and district wide trends and analysis. We require the data from these installations to be channelled into a town dashboard for data analysis and interpretation purposes.
