Contract Relating To The Provision Of Home Support Lot 1 - West and Central Wight

The Isle of Wight Council (“the Authority”) invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (“Potential Suppliers”) for the Provision of Homecare and Support on the Isle of Wight. The successful suppliers shall provide an innovative, high quality service to support individuals, who wish to remain in their home but who require 24 hour a day care and support to do so, supporting people with the following care and support needs: o General care and support needs; o Physical disability; o A Learning Disability; o Dementia or other memory and cognition diagnosis; o In need of palliative and end of life care; o Specialist conditions such as brain injury, Motor Neurone Disease, etc.; o Mental Health. The services shall include the provision of care and support to individuals either wholly or partially funded by the Authority or by Continuing Healthcare. The service will be provided to meet eligible social care needs of people who identified following a care act or continuing health care assessment/ review or checklist across the whole Island.
