The Western Trust on behalf of CAWT (Co-operation and Working Together) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified service provider in each of the three lots to provide Creative Outreach Programmes to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, (whether or not they have been diagnosed), ensuring that the principles of recovery are an intrinsic element of each programme provided.
