The WAB is commissioning local surveys to determine views of Irish Water customers in relation to communications from and contact with the Company. The WAB’s objective is to measure key attributes in the above area and to develop performance indicators which can be tracked in subsequent research. It is intended that four local surveys will be developed to capture input from commercial and domestic customers. The areas will be geographically spread across Ireland to include both rural and urban areas and will include business and domestic customers of Irish Water. In all areas the selected sample should be representative of the local community and local enterprises. Issues such as boiled water notices, water discoloration problems, interruptions of supply and water mains renewal all impact on the customer. These local surveys will seek to establish views of customer communication and contact by Irish Water in terms of clarity, timeliness, efficiency, professionalism, ease of next steps, contact and overall experience. Deliverables • Electronic top line data; • Electronic complete data; • Draft research questionnaire to be approved; • Debrief meeting post survey; • Executive summary of debrief presentation; • Electronic copy of executive summary; and • Attendance at WAB meetings as required. Format of Tender • Outline of company history and general experience. This should include organisational structure, staffing levels, current workload, etc. • Details of three most recent projects similar in nature to the proposed project, including date completed, contracting authority and full reference contact details, which may be contacted if required. • Summary of the overall approach, outlining how you intend to carry out the assignment. Team • Overall structure of the proposed team. • Key individuals proposed for the assignment, together with the roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships. • Declaration of any conflicts of interest
