PN 21-22 - 7 - External Works Framework

Tender description

MHA Limited, through a competitive tender wishes to appoint a maximum of up to 6 (six) general building works contractors and 2 (two) iron work contractors to enter into a framework agreement. The works will consist of a range of external works and estate upgrade works for the supply, renewal, repair and removal of hard standings, dropped kerbs, garden and drive gates, all fencing types, boundary walls, ramps, steps, paths, tarmac areas, roads, car parking areas, kerbs and other works as described in the schedule of rates. The work will take place across various sites within MHA geographical areas. The general building contractors will be required to fill out the attached schedule of rates (Appendix A) Lot 1, Scenario 1, 2 & 3 and fill out the quality questions section 8.0. The iron works contractors will be required to fill out the attached schedule of rates (Appendix A) Lot 2 and fill out the quality questions section 8.0. The framework shall be for an initial 2 year period with the option for a maximum of one (1) years extension up to [September 2024]
