Tender description
Dublin City Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for Place Branding Consultancy Services. The framework will be for two (2) years with the option to extend by a further period of two (2) years subject to a maximum of four (4) years, subject to annual review, satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
