New Development - Glamping Project

Tender description

We are currently developing a new 'Green Field' Self-Catering Pod Glamping Site in the Comeragh Region, Co. Waterford This development will comprise of 6 individual pod units, along with a separate Communal 'Shared Space' Log-Cabin Style Unit, to facilitate cooking, Lounge area and Extra Shower Rooms. This is a private secure holiday destination, with close access to local popular amenities and outdoor tourist attractions. This is a competitive process, with various Selection Criteria and Award Criteria. It is a condition for the award of this contract that the successful Tenderer: • Must have a current Tax Clearance Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners • Provide evidence that the following levels of insurance cover are currently in place or provide an undertaking that the required insurance cover will be put in place if tender is successful: o Employer’s Liability Insurance with indemnity limit of: €13,000,000 o Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit of: €6,500,000 o Professional Indemnity Insurance with an indemnity limit of: €1,000,000 NOTE: Levels of cover above are standard requirements. IMPORTANT NOTE: We require all suppliers/vendors to facilitate phased payments throughout the duration of the service provided. NOTE: We require all suppliers/vendors to incorporate any potential projected price increases foreseen between date of quote and Project timeline below: Clarification Questions by: 4th August 2021 Responses Submitted by: 11th August 2021 Tender Evaluation Period: 1 week from submission date Contract Award Notice: 30th September 2021 (pending approvals by relevant funding bodies supporting project) There are 3 LOTS in this RFT.
