This procurement is intended to deliver a two-supplier framework for which the London Borough of Bromley can use to call-off professional property and estate management services as and when required. The Council is seeking two professional firms of Chartered Surveyors with expertise in a broad spectrum of professional property service and estates management functions to support the effective management of its estate It is intended that the two-supplier framework contract will be awarded to the two firms, for a period of 4 years. Awards under the framework will be at the Council's sole discretion.
