Tender description

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) to provide programme management services and procurement advice in support of strategic Estates operating model development. Estates services are currently delivered through an Integrator model which runs to Spring 2022, DWP is exploring options for future Estates service delivery which the PMO is expected to support. Lot 1: The Supplier is required to support DWP in its delivery of Project Strata Phase 2, which will move to the next iteration of the Estates Operating Model. This will include the provision of a range of expertise to support DWP with programme management, model design, commercial and procurement support and change management.
