Combined National Infringement Register and Case Management System for the Enforcement Unit of SFPA

Tender description

The SFPA seek suitable providers for the provision a National Infringement Register and Case Management System (CMS) software solution to: • facilitate the recording and reporting of all infringements and support the progress of infringements to appropriate enforcement action by the SFPA; and • streamline processes for case management and consolidate all case information into a central repository to provide a single source of up-to-date information on cases. The services will include implementing a software system which meets the Contracting Authority’s requirements, as outlined in the RFT, providing training and support for the software, data migration support, upgrading the software at regular intervals and - if required as part of the solution - providing backup and recovery services to ensure continuity of availability of the software.
