CCP043 - Supply of ICT Hardware, Accessories and Associated Services

Tender description

The Council is seeking to procure ICT Hardware, Accessories and Associated Services The delivery of Council services increasingly relies on ICT. It is important that employees are provided with ICT equipment that supports the Council's ICT Strategy for mobile working, and to minimise the risk to service delivery the equipment needs to be refreshed on reaching the end of its working life. The Council is currently operating a replacement scheme which aims to replace 1,500 Devices per year. In addition, there will be an unknown number of new starters and projects, which will require new Devices. The Council has forecast a volume requirement of approximately 500 tablet cases and 600 monitors per year. However, forecast volumes provided are not guaranteed and no guarantee can be given regarding the volume of business placed over the term of the Contract. Tenderers are required to submit prices for items in Appendix A Price Schedule for the entirety of the product type.
