LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE GETTING READY TO SUPPLY The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver a project to support businesses to gain an understanding of procurement processes and enhance their ability to bid, win and manage contracts. The project will provide dedicated and targeted advice and guidance during the period of business recovery. This project will support businesses in all sectors but particularly those businesses within Construction, Manufacturing and Care sectors. The aim of this project is to provide support to Redbridge businesses whose owners wish to understand the process for winning contracts through procurement processes. The key objectives are: • to identify and engage with Redbridge business owners who wish to enhance their ability to win contracts through procurement processes; • provide support to enable the business to identify relevant and suitable opportunities relevant to their trade and according to their current stage • provide support to ensure the business has the correct policies, processes and systems in place to be able to bid for contracts • provide support to businesses to increase their turnover by using adequate methods to monitor their existing contracts, and win new contracts via procurement processes.
