Configuration of a Microsoft Exchange Online environment. The provision of technical expertise in the Migration from an existing HCL Notes on premise environment to a Microsoft Exchange Online environment. Provision of support in relation to the Go-Live / Cut Over Period from HCL Notes to Microsoft Exchange Online including the establishment of co-existence of both environments. Training of Technology support staff in the management and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Online. Training for users in Outlook functionality. Detailed Microsoft Exchange Online environment and configuration documentation. Provision of post migration support. Consultation and advice on the feasibility of future migration of HCL Documents to a SharePoint Environment.
