The Housing Executive requires a cloud based commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IT system that will help to maximise its rental income by supporting and enhancing current systems and associated business processes. The Housing Executive owns and manages approximately 85,000 properties and collects over £300 million per annum in rent/rates income. Additional information: The Initial Contract Period is for 26 months, there is an option to extend this Contract by any period or periods up to and including 60 months from the end of the Initial Contract Period. The total contract value in this notice relates to the maximum potential contract period including extensions [86 months] as included in the Conditions of Contract.
