The works involve the rectification of over heating issues at APHA, Starcross, Exeter. Lot 1: • Supply and Install new Compact Radiators, in Reception offices. • Removal of asbestos contaminated material. • Provide and install new 2-port valve to control laboratory heating, linked to new thermostat. • Provision of new Corrosion Monitor. • Modifications to LPHW pipework in Steel pipework to accommodate new equipment. • Provision of new CT Pumps. • Rebalancing of LTHW system and the installation of inhibitor. • Modification to existing BMS Monitoring Systems
