Tender description

The Kent County Council’s (the Contracting Authority) Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a Principal Contractor via the Principal Contractors Framework Lot 1 to provide construction services from RIBA Stages 5 to 7. The services are required to construct a two-storey infill extension and associated internal alterations at St Peter’s C of E Primary School. The extension will provide toilets on the ground floor and an extended teaching space on the first floor (mezzanine level). The services are required for all building works, mechanical and electrical and above and below ground drainage works.
