Request for Information - Provision of Business Gateway Services

Tender description

The Council are looking to renew their contract for the provision of Business Gateway Services. Business Gateway provides a range of advisory services to businesses. The supplier is required to provide business advisers with the right knowledge, skill and experience to be able to quickly build trust and provide valuable advice to a range of businesses. In addition to skilled business advisers the supplier is expected to be proactive and creative in providing solutions to help businesses deal with the issues they face. Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils currently have a contract in place for the provision of a range of Business Gateway services. In order to ensure that the Councils continue to secure the most economically advantageous service provision possible, the Councils are looking to the market to provide information on a number of different areas which may inform the forthcoming contract opportunity.
