Public realm maintenance and improvements market engagement exercise. The London Borough of Camden will be seeking to award a contract or contracts for the provision of public realm maintenance and improvements, including inspection and repair of the streets and to carry out planned works. The contract/s will provide maintenance, upgrade and improvement works to the public highway, the Council’s estate roads, and parks. It is anticipated that the contract/s will commence on 1st April 2023. The Council are therefore seeking responses from interested organisations to the questions in the attached document, on areas including the potential use of Lots, contract length and procurement strategy. Please note that this is not an invitation to tender or Contract Notice. Suppliers will be required to respond to the Contract Notice separately when advertised to express their interest.
