<p>Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is looking for a Supplier to develop circular economy business cases, that will focus on the recycling of Commercial & Industrial plastics To develop and implement 4 mini plastic recycling hubs, including the operational aspect, that will be used to collect materials identified in the business cases. Ideally these hubs will be sited in Southend schools and business premises.
