Tender description

This contract is for the appointment of a contractor to undertake the construction of Public Realm Improvements in North Terrace and Terrace Green, Seaham. The works will run consecutively with Phase 1 being the construction of the car parking bays on Terrace Green and Phase 2 being the removal of the car parking bays at North Terrace and the widening/paving of the footway This is a busy stretch of public highway and a detailed traffic plan will need to be put in place.
