Tender description
The estimated annual contract value is £30,000.00. It is intended that the contract will commence in November 2021, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of three years with the option for renewal, as decided by CCHA, for an extension of up to a year, and then an extension of a further additional year, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore five years. The total contract value included in this notice is therefore subject to review by CCHA and is not guaranteed, as detailed.
