Tender description

Bradford College are tendering for the provision of Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Program Management Services. The Contractor shall arrange the Services to suit the specific requirements of the College, and will ensure that the execution of the Services is robust. Summary of Services The following services shall be available to be called off in whole or in part of this agreement: • Pre-Employment health assessments/screening/physical fitness tests (online) o To include basic lung function, hearing and vision to provide base line data for work related health concerns • New Employees Health Screening Management Referrals - ill Health • Management Referrals - Ill Health, guidance and advice • Physician Referrals • Health Surveillance Screening, Audio (including optoacoustic) and Spiro, HAVS, Lead, skin assessment, Dermatitis monitoring and catering staff assessments • Blood pressure monitoring • Travel-Health Assessments linked to specific educational visits • Ergonomic Assessments-DSE, Manual Handling • Work Place Assessment related to specific H&S issues • Inoculations, HEP B and travel • Drug and alcohol assessments • Noise risk assessments • Sickness Absence Management including, but not limited to: o Management-referrals and reports o Remote case management to include home based appointments as required o Reviews of reasonable adjustments and their effectiveness. o A provision for managers to access site based support from OH practitioners for exceptional management meetings with employee's in welfare meetings. o Case conferences to be available for line managers and the OH practitioners carrying out assessments prior to the appointment. o Case management meetings with account manager and the College to review LT ill health cases and cases that might culminate in ill health retirement/ dismissal. o Ill Health retirement reviews with employees. o Quality review for reports on a bi annual basis • Health Promotion and Training • Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) Driver Medicals • Physiotherapy • Mental Health support and guidance - Building mental resilience, work life balance and relaxation techniques. • Smoking cessation clinics • Alcohol and substance abuse • Eating well - Nutrition, weight management and portion sizes. • CBT • Guidance and Advice (staff) • Policy and Procedure development • Medical Records Management • Membership of Health, Safety and Welfare Committee • Monthly Lifestyle/wellbeing services/assessments/clinics • Active lifestyle support and planning lifestyle. • Audit and contract review meetings
