Automated DNA & RNA quality assessment electrophoresis system

This notice is an extension of; https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/0a54d7de-3afe-4e78-bf93-14afcfa173a4 The Agency intends to purchase an automated electrophoresis system for the quality control of DNA and RNA samples, including genomic DNA, cell-free DNA, DNA libraries for sequencing, eukaryotic total RNA and mRNA; and prokaryotic total RNA. The system should enable the analysis of small volumes (≤3ul), does not need the capacity for high throughput, but should prevent sample to sample contamination and carryover. The system should provide data on quantification and sample integrity (molecular weight, size distribution). Sample detection of genomic DNA and total RNA should be to 0.1ng/ul. Sample detection of cell-free DNA should be <50pg/ul.
