Tender description

The work will comprise of undertaking Kitchen Replacements to meet Welsh Housing Quality Standards. Works will include installation of new units, worktops and sink units. Provision and laying of new safety flooring and installation of new lighting and ventilation. The work does not include redecoration. There are 22No. properties in total (subject to change) of traditional construction and of various architypes (See Property Address List enclosed for details). All works are to be completed and invoiced by February 2022
