Tender description

Please find attached documents relating to the tender for Student Residences Laundry Services at our Chelmsford and Cambridge campuses. The project is for a fully managed laundry service including refurbishment, supply, delivery and installation of our residential laundries. Please note the closing date for your return is 12 noon on 11 May 2021. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20210407_Laundry ITT specification and Questionnaire 20210407_Sign all Forms_RETURN with submission 20210407_Standard Questionnaire Site visits are available upon request. Please use the correspondence feature in In-Tend, providing your name and contact number/email and a member of our Student Residences staff will contact you direct to arrange this with you. Please note there is no parking available on any of the sites. Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time.
