Tender description

The Bank of England (BoE) is looking to replace its existing inspection machines at the Bank's facility at Debden with new single note machines. The Request for Information documentation provides wider context of the Bank's operations and key information with respect to the Bank's requirements. The purpose of this early supplier engagement (ESE) is to request suppliers provide information and details to enable BoE to make informed decisions relating to a prospective tender. Following receipt of information from the ESE, BoE will develop an options appraisal and determine the optimal method of tendering for the new single note inspection machines.
