Tender description

North Ayrshire Council/ HSCP required a system to replace the current CareFirst Social care system. The system will include case management for children’s social care, adult social care, Criminal Justice legislation and, finance with a system that meets the Scottish Government’s Cloud First agenda. The Council utilised the G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement which offered a suite of cloud provisioned software and associated services including services for Social Care systems.
