Through this tender exercise, Xoserve is seeking a vendor to undertake the role of the gas industry’s Performance Assurance Framework Administrator (PAFA). Lot 1: Through this tender exercise, Xoserve is seeking a vendor to undertake the role of the gas industry’s Performance Assurance Framework Administrator (PAFA). This role is central to the Performance Assurance Framework, as it provides central services to the Performance Assurance Committee (PAC) and the wider Gas Industry, including publication of a set of performance reports and engagement with gas industry parties to promote better settlement performance.
