Market testing for the provision of No-Code Development and Training

Note: This is pre-procurement market engagement and not a call for competition. No-code development is a rising global phenomenon in the way that technology is developed, with empowering capabilities for founders of technology businesses and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. SuperTech - the West Midlands cluster body for 'ProfTech', defined as professional services technology encompassing fintech, lawtech, proptech, insurtech etc, - has been piloting activities in 2021 based on no-code. These have included training courses for adults within professional services sector and also an FE college environment for 16-18 year olds. In addition, SuperTech has launched a pre-accelerator inviting founders with ProfTech relevant ideas to apply for six fully funded MVP builds. Envisaged Requirement: Following the completion of the pilots (summer 2021), this notice is to explore the market for ideas and routes available to scale and build out the potential of no-code to advance the proftech ecosystem. This is an opportunity for suppliers with experience in no-code development and training to shape a potential future procurement through innovative ideas of how no-code could be used to deliver positive outcomes for the west midlands economy.
