Tender description

UCD Library currently operates access control in three libraries, the James Joyce Library, Health Sciences Library, and the Blackrock Library. The access control gates in the Blackrock Library have reached end of life and require immediate replacement. In addition, access control gates in the HSL require replacing as the current turnstiles are nearing or have reached the end of their anticipated life and to accommodate a higher volume of traffic. Therefore, UCD Library wishes to procure the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of access control hardware for the Blackrock Library as a priority, followed by installation of access control in the Health Sciences Library.
