2137 - Design and Build of Custom Modular GMP Facility Framework

Tender description

This ITT is specifically related to the establishment of an expansion to CPI's current facilty at Darlington. This ITT is to establish a Principle Contractor for the Design and Build of a permanent custom modular GMP facility that not only meets the needs of CPI's upcoming project portfolio but also offers a modular system to which potential additions may be made under this framework and into the future, providing a minimum 50 year lifespan. The initial facility is required to be Operational for 1st October 2021, and with this requirement being raised as a result of CPI's involvement in the UK's response to Covid-19 variants there is a requirement for the ITT to be ran at an accelerated programme to enable appointment of a Principle Contractor for 26th April to enable progression and completion inline with the required programme.
