Tender description

University of the West of Scotland (UWS) wishes to seek competitive tenders for all services associated with Cleaning Services at Student Residences. The contract shall be awarded in two lots: - Lot 1 – Cleaning Services at Ayr Campus Student Residences - Lot 2 – Cleaning Services at Paisley Campus Student Residences Applicants may apply for any number of lots. Lot 1: Cleaning Services at Ayr Campus Student Residences Cleaning Services at Ayr Campus Student Residences which consists of 200 beds across 44 flats situated within 4 apartment blocks. Lot 2: Cleaning Services at Paisley Campus Student Residences Cleaning services at Paisley student residences which consists of a total of total 496 beds, one common room area, laundry room, stairwells, corridors/hallways and elevators. Lot 1: Cleaning Services at Ayr Campus Student Residences Cleaning Services at Ayr Campus Student Residences which consists of 200 beds across 44 flats situated within 4 apartment blocks.
