Refurbishment works to the Ennis Museum & Tourist Office

Tender description

Refurbish (in possibly 2 phases) the Tourist Office and Eastern section of the County Museum building. The proposed development will include:  Alterations to the internal layout of the Tourist Office.  Replacing the existing entrance doors on the North and South elevations with new timber entrance doors and side screens  Break through the Western wall of the Tourist Office and install a full height window.  Upgrade existing M&E systems.  Provide a new vehicular ramp and planters from the Friary Car Park to the North elevation of the building  All ancillary site works.
