PURCON 935-Refrigeration Temperature Monitoring System and Service Provision - AWARD

Tender description

The University of East Anglia has a number of Catering facilities which require a management system and associated hardware to monitor the temperature of their refrigerated food storage units. With a high volume of customer footfall for each location, inclusive of Student, Faculty, Business Professionals and a wider community from the Norwich area, it is imperative that food standards are met and maintained in order to mitigate any risk associated with this type of food storage. This contract will provide the Purchase/Leasing of an Automated wireless temperature monitoring system to manage the Universities' infrastructure of refrigerated units, 24 hours per day & 7 days per week, whilst improving the efficiency of recording food storage temperature records. The package should be inclusive of, but not limited to Hardware, Software and Support Services as required. The proposed solution should present a remotely accessible, fully traceable and robust, cloud-based record platform. The contract will be for an initial period of 4 years with a discretional option to extend annually up to a maximum of 6 years (4+1+1) The UEA will confirm extensions 3 months in advance of any current scheduled contract end date.
