PROVISION OF ENERGY SECTOR NEWS, DATA, KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AND ASSOCIATED SUPPORT SERVICES

Tender description

The Office of the Chief Economic Adviser (OCEA) wishes to procure an ‘off-the-shelf’ daily news service that provides insight into energy sector developments, covering specifically the impact of market, policy and regulatory drivers at a UK and Scottish level. OCEA also wishes to receive more detailed analysis and insight on topics of special interest to the Scottish Government. These topics may be determined in ongoing dialogue. The Office of the Chief Economic Adviser (OCEA) wishes to procure a service that will deliver the following outputs: - a daily energy sector news and remote monthly seminar service that provides insight into recent trends and developments in retail and wholesale markets, also covered in supporting information packs; - retail energy sector data on domestic electricity and gas tariffs; - remote training seminars and associated materials covering the operation of energy markets; - ongoing technical support.
