The proposed development scheme consists of 100 units as follows: 44 x 4 Person 2 Bed Houses 6 x 4 Person 3 Bed Houses 24 x 2 Person 1 Bed Flats 12 x 3 Person 2 Bed Elderly Person Bungalows 8 x 2 Person 1 Bed Bungalows 4 x 6 Person 4 Bed Houses 2 x 6 Person 4 Bed Disabled Bungalows Lot 1: The proposed development scheme consists of 100 units as follows: 44 x 4 Person 2 Bed Houses 6 x 4 Person 3 Bed Houses 24 x 2 Person 1 Bed Flats 12 x 3 Person 2 Bed Elderly Person Bungalows 8 x 2 Person 1 Bed Bungalows 4 x 6 Person 4 Bed Houses 2 x 6 Person 4 Bed Disabled Bungalows The intention is for the properties to be non-fossil fuel heated – most likely via Air Source Heat pumps, and we would like the contractor to use a form of MMC for the construction. The minimum starting point for this would be a pre-insulated timber frame, but we would be open to any sensible suggestions from the contractor.
