Tender description

The appointed contractor will work with the product and portfolio team to support our work to: • Evaluate the Product lifecycle management (PLM) process (including the product board) and work with us to determine pain points and areas for development. • Build a group understanding of the PLM process and product lifecycle and determine essential and desired outcomes at each stage. • Agree a programme of developments (guidance, tools and templates) which supports the essential and desired requirements agreed. • Support the development of the framework and tools for implementation across Jisc.
