Identification of Future Operating Model Options

Tender description

This is a Single Stage (“Open”) Tender in accordance with the terms of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 to provide specialist support to identify future operating model options for the Revolve Certification Programme. Zero Waste Scotland seeks a supplier capable of providing technical support services to consider and investigate different governance and delivery models suitable for a new and sustainable operating model for delivery of an independent, self-sufficient Revolve Certification Programme, to be launched in April 2023. It is anticipated that this project will be delivered in two stages: Stage 1 - Investigation of potential delivery options Stage 2 - In-depth analysis of preferred delivery option Zero Waste Scotland welcomes proposals designed to meet the requirements identified in the procurement documents in full and which may result in early delivery of the specified outputs without reducing the overall quality of the final deliverables.
