Halton Housing - Fire Risk Assessments - AWARD

Tender description

Halton Housing invited service providers to tender to undertake type 1 fire risk assessments (FRA's) for the year 2021 for all of its properties that require a fire risk assessment. HH has 157 Type 1 fire risk assessments (including our Head Office) and 60 commercial premises FRA's. A new FRA is required of each and every one of these properties in year 2021. The contract will include the completion of the fire risk assessments in the first year and subsequent annual reviews of the FRA's in years 2022 and 2023. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with a single contractor. The contract will be for an initial 12 months with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months up to a maximum 3 years total contract term (1+1+1). The volumes stated are the current number of fire risk assessments and the figure may be subject to change; up or down, over the duration of the contract. The successful service provider is an SME.
