Tender description

The Independent Client Advisor (ICA) is to provide technical assurance and guidance to the Council on phase II of the Fellowship Square programme which including the Civic Building, residential and site wide landscaping design. Specifically the ICA will take ownership of the Employers Requirements and in this capacity will monitor the design and construction as it evolves, respond to client side related technical questions and clarifications, input into any changes including support of assessing any impact and provide technical input as and when needed and more specifically at each designs stage sign off.
