Tender description

Cornwall Council is seeking to identify a supplier with whom it can work with to provide a Staff Counselling Service (short to medium term intervention) over the next 4 years. The Council intends to place a contract with a sole supplier for a period of up to 4 years, with bi-monthly service reviews and annual contract reviews to assess quality and service levels. The reviews will be used to provide the Council with the opportunity to consider options on future ordering under the Contract and the Council shall be entitled, at their sole discretion, to terminate this Contract upon 30 days’ notice. There are 2 available lots, suppliers are invited to bid on 1 or both lots. Lot A - Short to medium term intervention, tiers 1-5. Lot B - High risk/specific intervention, tiers 5-8.
