Experienced professional support is required to develop options for future Solicitor Contact Line working arrangements based on an understanding of planned legislative changes, the existing business and future requirements. This will include support to develop and deliver revised rota, shift working and call out arrangements with the possibility of introducing rota/shift management software. This work must be based on a clear understanding of our Corporate and Business Plans and HR Strategies and Policies
