Tender description
NHS Shared Business Services (“NHS SBS”) is establishing a framework for the provision of Apprenticeship Training Services to NHS SBS Participating Authorities. NHS SBS invites applications from providers who are currently registered on the Education and Skills Funding Agency Register (ESFA) of Apprenticeships Training Providers to be appointed to the Framework. The Service Specification details the scope, requirements and standards which apply to the Services which may be provided through the Framework. In the main, the Participating Authorities will use the Framework to ensure that they comply with their statutory obligations, including but not exclusively in regard to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
