Technolog Application Upgrade

Tender description

Gas Networks Ireland are migrating and consolidating their on-premise Technolog PMAC and CELLO applications to the Technolog GasCore cloud application. Lot 1: The contracting entity intends to award a contract to Technolog Ltd for the following services on the basis of the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice pursuant to Article 50(c)(iii) of Directive 2014/25/EU for tender reference 20/028, as Technolog Ltd is the only economic operator capable of providing such services (on the basis of Technolog exclusivity rights): (i) Migrate the GNI on-premise PMAC and CELLO applications to a non-controlling version of the Technolog GasCore cloud application; (ii) Design and deliver a highly-available solution that securely integrates the GasCore cloud based application in to the GNI on-premise Honeywell Experion PKS SCADA application and the Honeywell Uniformance PHD historian and metering application; (iii) Migrate and integrate the existing bespoke interfaces in to the cloud solution; (iv) Provide a 6 year annual hosting fee for the GasCore application; (v) Provide training on the new features\functionality of the GasCore Application; and (vi) Provide 24/7/365 proactive and reactive support for the new solution.
