STDC-PROC-0128 - Demolition Contractors Framework

Tender description

South Tees Development Corporations (STDC) is seeking to establish a demolition contractors framework ("Framework") to address the demolition of a very large inventory or former iron and steel making assets, further to the closure of SSI UK on Teesside in 2015 and the subsequent acquisition by STDC of extensive landholdings for the purposes of carrying out major economic regeneration in line with its published Master Plan. Information on the nature and scope of the works required under the Framework are provided in the published Instructions for Tendering documentation, with includes a Selection Questionnaire that forms the basis of the first stage in this procurement. The Framework that is the subject of the procurement will be structured in two lots.
